That was weird. Giles is retained as Chief Minister and the coup master Willem Westra van Holthe is his deputy. How the hell will they work together?

A good question. Raven once went out drinking with Adam Giles and he's a miserable prick.

It's a wonder anybody can work with him.

By making Westra van Holthe his deputy he is simply covering the poison with a band aid.
