I still agree that it's a biological abnormality though.

Nope

Yep. You need to learn the definition of abnormal.

If an animal is born with a birth defect, it doesn't follow that birth defects are normal.

If he was using "abnormal" purely inn the sense that it deviates from the norm, then I agree.

However, given the post history, I assumed he was referring to abnormal as in deviant.
No, a biological aberration.

So what do we do with biological aberrations?

In a time of universal deceit — telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

Pity them.  Study them.  Try to find a cure.

Can't think of any other cases where you'd celebrate it, like "Hooray - you've got downs syndrome!"

I dont celebrate homosexuality, its more like ok you're gay, ok you've are Downs, or OK you are a homophobe.

Acceptance rather than celebration

Any biological abberation?

If we are still using aberration using the meaning of "not usual" then you might as well include redheads or people with heterochromia.

Nobody cares about these things, and they don't hurt anyone, just like being attracted to people with the same bits as you.

I have haemochromatosis in my family. Biological abberation.

Isn't it the righties that are sensitive about it?

The lefties just live and let live.

The righties, however, can't stand to see other people, different to them, having a good time.

Who's the crazy one? Stephen fry engages in an act that makes no biological sense. That is of course if a baby can gestate inside an anal cavity.

If this forum is anything to go by, people argue for hours but both claim they don't care.

I kinda feel sorry for your everyday homos, as they cop the blowback from the delusional, militant ones that the media gives voice to.  Most of them seem to want them to STFU just as much as I do.

In other words, as long as you dont know about it and therefore don't feel uncomfortable about it thats ok.

What do you mean don't know about it?  People are gay - it's not newsworthy, and it's not "brave" of them to say so.  You'd be surprised just how few people give a bugger, if the topic isn't constantly being brought up.

Gee, they're some big words.  Next time, get whoever typed them for you to explain to you what they mean.
