This rubbish shows that you have no clue.

This government have dropped the ball on illegal fishing in the Southern Ocean and in Australian territorial waters. Patagonian toothfish is being taken around Heard and McDonald islands with impunity because the current government is far too preoccupied with asylum seekers. They have redirected the Customs ships that would patrol this zone. The zone around Heard and McDonald islands is far smaller than the Timor Strait ... yet the current government would rather let illegal fishing boats operate unchallenged.

Deep sea fisherman aren't carrying potential terrorists to our shores, or diseases, hence the fact they're a lower priority.

Even though these fishermen are criminals, wanted by Interpol and with millions of dollars of contraband on board, you would prefer to do nothing.
