Why is it that a solid block of Muslim countries are experts are persecuting all (but their own sects and tribes)?

The Commies were a solid block like that, due to their ideology. The various fascists regime ditto, also for their own ideology. There is no open, democratic and liberal Muslim country anywhere, not even in the offing, just as there has never been such commie or fascist countries.

What those countries on the top of the list share is ideological commitment to an oppressive belief system called Islam. North Korea, an aberration, highlight the solid ideological bond of Islam among the rest. Islam is the ONLY thing that makes them into a set.
