Ya see....there is the very stupid and warped attitude of those from elsewhere who would always seek to find some other person to insanely blame/excuse for what they (you included) have done in this sort of matter. It is clear and indisputable fact that Neferti posted the personal details of an OzPol Member, and then...later, in a separate breach of the Rules on privacy, advised people here what to 'Google' to get to see exactly what she had originally posted, and 31 minutes later, deleted by way of 100% edit. Then, in another separate breach of the Rules on banning, she uses a sock to post here. If that does not warrant a permanent ban, I cannot imagine what else would.

And in some parallel World of Warped Minds, that is somehow connected to me.

how do you know its a life ban.??.. which seems over the top...I presume she has mentioned it on another forum...

I think it is a bit extreme unless she has done it before...but she can reinvent herself anyway..so I dont see the point of it really..

Another persons private details were posted up, end of story.

By this ridiculous claim that "she realised it was not right just after posting and fixed it...." is all arse about face.

She (the poster known as Nef) should have realised prior to hitting the post button, in point of fact, she should have realised before she decided to make the vindictive and cowardly post in the first place.

So, a life time ban is quite apt really. Take some time to think about not doing stupid in the next life - that would be when the ban is up...

So, probably need a temporary new mod for the remainder of this life...

How do you know? Did you "go to other forms on the site?" So too could anyone else.

I am not commenting on any particular member here, but I will say that privacy is of the utmost importance on this forum. Our members should feel safe that they're posting in anonymity. Violating that sense of safety under any circumstances is a big no-no.

Some pp just don't get the gravity of what Naffy tried to do when she attempted to ruin Georges life by posting his private details on line for all the world to use at their pleasure.. he has had his MOTHER harrassed by pp like Nef- because they ( pp from PA) took his private details and rang his house- his poor unsuspecting mother asnswered the phone. Naffy got what she deserved and she rubbishes everyone behind their backs Cods- everyone. Wink

But it probably should stop- I agree.

Just to clarify matters, I believe the link/details that were posted were to a shop front business. One that was closed down many years ago. NOT that I am condoning the posting of any personal details the fact still remains that the link had nothing to do with his personal address and/or mother.

I don't want to get into this ridiculous "he said/she said" rubbish but if you are going to point fingers so often you should remember that there are many fingers that can point back and georgie did contact the host of another forum and complained because he didn't like what was said on that forum. The forum had to change sites at a considerable cost. Who contacted who after that? Who knows. There are 2 sides to every story.

This is all so silly. I went to an all girls school and never encountered anything like I see here coming from supposed adults.
