Bruce and Sheila might have to become boat people

USA workers are being displaced by foreigners on work visas. H1-B is a type of work permit for foreigners in USA.

Its already happening in the USA. Probably already happened/happening in the unlucky country already but Bruce and Sheila are too busy being indoctrinated against boat people and muslims to notice. What's happening in USA appears to be a violation of USA law but authorities are willfully blind to this.

That million jobs of Abbott's will probably all go to foreigners while a million Australians are displaced.

Bruce and Sheila might have to get on a boat to find a job.

I just asked why you think that 'foreign workers' applies to Australia, when it's an American Article'...

And Redneck, if they are 457 visa workers...then they'd be working IN Australia. The H-1B visa is for people IN the US, so they are still paying taxes, and contributing to the local economy....which is far better than talking to a person IN Bangalore, or Mumbai (which is what happens when you ring 'most' of the telephone companies)

Australia is going backwards in science and technology reverting to troglodytes whose only ability is to dig holes in the ground. Bruce and Sheila should be studying the boat departure schedules.

A bigger shock is coming because Australian wages are very much higher than OECD averages whle productivity is lower. This portends a large and continual decline in the A$.

Well, I am not sure about this indoctrination. According to Abbott there are lots of nice Muslims in Australia, and the ABC and SBS are doing their best to apologise for every Koran atrocity as it breaks.
