Oh......oh.......so there was a Thread removed!  And there you go........assisting in a cover up.  Someone tried to get at my password here, and you clearly know a great deal about information which would help freediver/GMods get to see all relevant information.  I guess that is not a very good 'look' Super Nova, and even less for the reputation of elsewhere.

Maybe Mantra will be willing to help out?

How did you come to that conclusion?

Next...

Easily.  Mantra is likely to be honest.

Aussie,

If I thought someone's security was at risk I would be happy to help.

I would not conduct the discussion in public would be my first action to address a potential security risk or breach. if there was anything to share I would contact FD directly and I know he would take it seriously.

There is no security risk. This whole thread is based on a claim from you someone attempt to hack your account. I have explained this is not so.

As to what was discussed in that thread, Mantra has provided you with an explanation so there is no more to add.

Tilting at windmills much... wot?

No issue. Not even a tiny little storm in a tea-cup. A ripple free cup of tea.

Have you ever heard of the story "The boy who cried wolf".

*In case you have missed the point.  Someone tried to stuff around with my password here.  If it can happen to me, it can happen to everyone.  This Thread would not exist if that attempt had not been made.  See the OP.  That is real.*

Why did you hide the Thread (as you admit you did?)

Wow, so there was a thread, SN denied it then admits he removed it.

I think that thread needs to be refloated, I really do.

Seems somebody has something to hide about the attempted hacking of Aussie’s password.

Naming a member and alleging that they tried to 'hack' your account is extremely bad form and surely must breach the rules.

I do not believe that there is one grain of truth to your allegations.  Just another of your continuing witch hunts.

You missed your true calling.  You would have been welcomed by the Gestapo.

Or the Liberal party.

a storm in a tea cup.. what the heck will aussie do with the information anyway..... it doesnt look as fd is in the slightest interested...hes too busy killing terrorists from his computer chair..

honestly if someone tries it with mine.. I would send the details to fd.. and be done with it....this seems to me to involve another forum and or people that use said forum.. and has not a thing to do with ozpol....aussie wants to play detective...for what reason escapes me.. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes..

will he shoot said culprit.. give him./her 50 lashes/.

well I do not see any purpose except aussie being satisfied he is correct in his assumptions...

is what goes on on PA any of our business...I thought we were over that.

You run a forum and I know you are more technically savvy and know this is not a hack..... or even an attempt at one.

I am not going to discuss the other forum here. Pls PM me if you wish to discuss. You don't listen do you.

You got that right.  It is about me and someone who tried to hack around or even into my password here.

(You reckon I don't listen, yet not too long ago I told you I would not PM you because of your track record of using PMs as a base for your very clever forgeries.)

Anyway...by way of summary:

1.  Someone tried to stuff around with my password here.
2.  That was very near in time to when Neferti would have become aware of her ban from here.  (Might be totally unconnected.)
3.  I am aware (unless I am being deceived) that within 24 hours of that ban, a Thread was commenced elsewhere  titled 'Aussie is dead meat."
4.  Black Orchid was an active participant in it.  (Despite her stupid denials here.)
5.  The Thread centered on the banning of Neferti here.
6.  The ban of Neferti was stated to be my doing ~ amazingly so, because it was Neferti who posted the personal details of a Member here, not me.
7.  Black Orchid posted in that Thread (the one she lied about not seeing) that she could not understand what possessed Neferti to post that Member's personal details.
8.  In that Thread, Neferti attempted to excuse her posting of that Member's private details....contrary to her stupid denial here that she had posted those details.
9.  AiA (to his marginal credit.....) expressed his view that to do what Neferti had done was asking for trouble.  He failed to condemn Neferti for doing it.
10. Contrary to what was posted here, that Thread was up from the 10th February, until yesterday.  It was not 'up' briefly.
11. Many posts were made condemning me.......as though it was me who posted private information
12. That Thread was commenced by Neferti.
13. Super Nova, yesterday/today (he is in a different time zone,) removed it.....and posted that while he tried to archive it, he might have stuffed up and actually deleted it.
14. SN posted "You run a forum and I know you are more technically savvy and know this is not a hack..... or even an attempt at one."  Fact is....it was a a hack 'attempt,' made by an idiot who thought by doing so, they'd access my account.

15.  Neither freediver/GMods here give an obvious fig about the attempt by someone to stuff my account here.

Who told you that?

You need to get a life mate... really.... you are tilting at windmills again.

Yeas, that is all you care about.  "Who told me," rather than address the fact you posted it.

Maybe I am being lied to.  It is possible.  Am I Super Nova?
