the Muslim pedophile who got a 12 year old girl pregnant received 10 years jail -
the maximum penalty.

The Imam accomplice to pedophilia who married the 12 yo girl got only a $500 fine!

He got off so lightly.

He's got a bit of a point. It was normal in our Western world in the not so distant past for people to marry in their teens and the marriages lasted longer than they do today...

Australia has a higher age of consent than the world average.

All animals start to have sex as soon they become sexually mature. Never heard of a "pedophile" animal. Wink

For a sexually mature 12 year old to wait 6 years to marry, or 4 years to have legal sex, is unreasonable. Given a girl becomes sexually mature at 12, she will have lost about 15% of her fertility phase by the time she reaches 18. Does a government made up of UNRELATED STRANGERS have a right to interfere with the evolution of YOUR bloodline? I don't think so.

My proposal:
Legal marriage age: 14
Age of consent: 14
