Terrorist Leader Was MI6 Agent

It has previously emerged that the FBI and CIA had been creating fake terror plots, and fake Bin Laden videos, while they sent weapons to Iran and Afghanistan in the 1980's, sent weapons to southeast Bosnia, Kosovo and Chechnya int the 1990's, sent weapons to Iraq in the 2000's, and sent weapons to Syria in 2010's. Now, it turns out that the British have beeb busy too, with MI6 recruiting and brainwashing people to conduct terrorism since 1999:

There's a 'budget emergency', so we will give $9 billion to the Reserve Bank, spend $12 billion on some dubious jets, $2 billion to bomb Iraq, etc.

Apparently the FBI takes the attitude that if they can't find any terrorists to arrest - they'll create them, and then arrest them.

Special Agents Bill Miller and Jeff Riner were given a tip by an associate of Ramzi Yousef about his location. In coordination with the Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), DSS arrested Yousef.[31] After his arrest, Ramzi Yousef is alleged to have said to investigators "this is only the beginning."
