I wonder what God thinks, looking down on us running around like ants, fighting, fighting, fighting.

Then screwing over the planet's resources. Is this what he had in mind when he created us.

One day all the trees will be gone, all the seas rancid with filth and food practically non existent.

Then the repugnant human race, which wrecks everything it touches, will cease to exist.

At that point perhaps the planet might be able to recover perhaps over a million years or so.

IMHO I think that after the next Ice Age, which some think is always preceded by a short warming period, but after the next Ice Age I predict Mother Nature will have cleansed the earth of all infestations (us being but one) to a point that if any ferals survive the Ice Age itself, they will have to evolve from step one all over again. I also believe that this has all happened many times before in Earth's 4+ Billion years of existence.

In the end history will continually repeat, until the sun itself fails to shine. Then, & only then, will mankind really be in deep poopie doopie.

So, everyone live for today, & to hell with tomorrow because were all going to die someday anyway. Mother Nature has never needed our help before, & she doesnt need or want it now.

Taps open.

My shout.

Beer anyone?

Within 500 million years the Earth will be too hot for life.

The sun & all other stars like it get minutely hotter every year.
