Ahhh, the Herald Sun ... a bastion of truth, objectivity and non-inflammatory content.

Amazing, no sympathy for the bashed mother, no sympathy for the other people assaulted, no condemnation for the support of terrorism, just contempt for the messenger, mate you really should sneak out of the country and join ISIS you'd feel a whole lot better.

I only have the Herald Sun's word for any of that. Get back to me with a credible news source.

So the Sun Herald made it up about him knocking out his mother and the online terrorist threats?? It was all presented in court. Read the article.

I read the article. That's why i'm asking for a credible one.

Bizarre, just bizarre  Cheesy , you would make great ISIS material.  Grin

Yes of course. Because i want a objective article i must be up for joining a fanatical group of loonies who blindly follow what they are told by the alpha loonies.

Makes perfect sense.

There we go ... credible sources.

Well, the guy reads like a complete whack-job. Wonder what the police's arguments are for not denying bail?

I assume those more intimately involved with the case have more information at their disposal than we do.

A TERRORIST sympathiser who threatened police and savagely bashed his elderly mother has attacked a journalist outside court for the second time this year.

Khodr Moustafa Taha, whose release on bail in January sparked widespread criticism across the country, was to be sentenced after pleading guilty to 11 charges, including using Twitter to threaten, harass or offend.

But he was released today to allow a more detailed report on his mental condition to be submitted to the court.

Taha lashed out at waiting media on walking out of the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court, throwing steaming hot coffee all over veteran television journalist Allan Raskall.

The trouble with letting him out is that a guy like that needs 24 hour surveillance and that costs a stack of money. Cheaper to keep him in prison pending psychiatric evaluation. Why was he given bail? It looks like we're going down the same track as the Sydney cafe bomber whatshisname.

He should be arrested & held in custody as it's
too dangerous to let this animal loose.

if a footballer did even 10 % of that , the controlling authorities would come out, in a united voice, and kick him out of the code.
they wouldn't tolerate someone damaging their brand.

yet religious authorities (islam, the shameful pedophile priests etc)  seem to not give a hoot about their brand.

They need a good marketing person at the helm to drag them into the 21 st century.

The Dalai Llama on the other hand is a marketers dream

It's in the government's best interests to let him loose and hope that he causes problems.

A frightened population is an easy-to-control population (and they're more likely to vote for the incumbent government).
