1. I'm not sure why you use the term "admitting". He seems to be an absolute nut-job who is perfectly capable of performing an act of terror in the community.
2. As, I said before, I didn't say that was what has actually happened. However, the prospect of federal governments having an influence on state magistrates is perfectly plausible.
