easier to demonise. Witness the false claims that boat-people all remain on welfare, or that they
get more than Aussie welfare recips. Neither claim is true, but the unthinking themselves then
continue to perpetuate the myth.

Or that all single mothers are sluts who only have kids for the money.

None of the above claims have any basis at all in reality, but the rightards push them for all
they're worth, as if they're Holy Writ and not just their bigoted and perverted ideology.
