Their religious beliefs deserve to be respected as well. Being a non-Christian deserves just as much respect as a Christian's beliefs. Something I note you refuse to do. Religious or other believes do not 'deserve' to be respected. If they are stupid, cruel, oppressive, they deserve scorn and opposition only. Some Christian beliefs are not 'respected' for just such reasons and Islam has no special claim to respect. The ever-present threat of violence if sufficient respect is not shown must not be confused with Islam 'deserving' respect.
There must be no special consideration for any belief system.

It is sign of your confusion to suggest that if one belief system is respected then all others must also be respected.

I am not an employer, I am not a government department, I can therefore freely say if I do not like belief system or a religion.
