Why are they "coming after us", what does it mean?

PRIME Minister Tony Abbott says the Islamic State group is "coming after us", but there will not be any immediate tightening of security in Australia after three terrorist attacks overseas. Mr Abbott says it is important to remain vigilant and that everything is being done to destroy the Daesh death cult (IS) at home and abroad.

From The Australian, but I'm not allowed to post the link.

What - exactly - does this mean? Who are "they"? Are they behind us in the line? If so, what line? Are they chasing us? If so, why are we running, and from what? How does one "remain vigilant"? Do I sit up all night holding a loaded shotgun? Why should I care about a foreign "death cult" unless the government has invited them here?

This blatant scare-mongering from a semi-literate half-wit that Australians have voted into the highest office in the land is an insult to anyone of even average intelligence.

Exactly what is it supposed to convey to Australian Citizens, other than "Be afraid! Be VERY afraid!"? Given the corrupt incompetents dominating Canberra, there's probably very good reason for that.

No doubt ISIS will be 'awakening' a few 'sleepers' and 'moles' here who came over under cover of the boat-people frauds.

We're now all sitting around waiting for The Bomb to go off - but where?

We should privately identify these sleepers and then bribe them to target our liberal-progressive politicians who have been criminally irresponsible in bringing Islam en masse to Australia to be a security headache and a huge financial drain for many generations to come.

"They're coming to get us" - if only this were true with regard to our politicians whose idiotic 'social engineering' liberalism since the early '70s' has seen the introduction and growth of urban Muslim enclaves in our major cities.

Let's just say that, instead of being reliably programmed to spout what the Establishment requires, I'm capable of independent and unqualified thought. I congratulate Abbott on his "sound" espousal of exactly the tenor required by the Establishment.

Every Western politician has long since become aware of the fact that they are The Untouchables so far as extremist violence is concerned.

For as long as Western politicians dare not state simply and plainly that the West is at war with Islam ~ they have nothing to fear.

All Western governments are still embarked upon a busy program of bringing in further tens of thousands of Muslim immigrants and refugees to colonise our erstwhile secular and nominally Christian societies.

Yes indeed, Tony ~ "Heads should roll".

Judging by your list of recommended reading - have you actually read them btw - I'd say you're rather more into conspiracy belief than "independent & unqualified thought".
