A VICTORIAN Liberal MP who allegedly verbally abused and bullied another party member is being investigated.

UPPER house MP Inga Peulich allegedly abused a fellow Liberal party member at a post-election function in December, The Australian reported.

"After I returned to my seat, Inga walked to me and threatened me, saying "don't take the s*** out of your mouth. I warn you - don't s*** where you eat," The Australian reported the complainant saying.
The man, who did not want to be publicly identified, lodged a written complaint with the party.
Liberal Party state director Simon Frost said the allegations were being looked into.
"We are making further inquiries regarding the matters raised in the media this morning," Mr Frost said on Tuesday.


this is interesting I find .

they have an investigation into an MP bullying or being bullied....

yet the rest of us... are basically told to get on with it...

bullying is becoming a plague its driving people over the edge and more and more on sick leave....all because it isnt stamped out... like it should be..

zero tolerance....it cripples people....... and its at epidemic proportions...

I don't like bullies.

Sooner or later they meet a bigger bully than themselves.

I've found if you confront them they back down real quick, they expect everyone to walk away quivering.

infact... you remind me of this big fat slob that used to work in the office...  sitting on her fat ass all day doing nothing and when one of the other office girls "asked" her what she had been doing all day and offered her work to do.. she put in a "BULLYING" complaint...

my daughter has been through it in the public service.. so far the union has done bugger all.....since she had her break down she has now spoken to many other public servants and ex P.S... who have been through the mill..

nothing is changing... in fact its getting worse...

ask milktrees he wrote a very compelling thread on thsi very thing......I could feel his pain through it....he was even looking at changing States if he could find a job to get away from it... how shameful is that???

and in case you have forgotten I was "bullied" off that thread........but I didnt see anyone coming to my aid at that time....... yes I was ganged up on..... and most know it..

An easy mistake to make.

Union officials spend an awful lot of time dealing with bullying in the workplace.

Without them, there would be a lot more of it.
