cods, what is this Form you reckon
Shorten
signed ~ the one in which you reckon
he
covered up an inkind donation to the value of $40,000?

No one else picked that up. I thought maybe he did sign something, not that I know of though.

That was discussed here and widely at the time.  A Labor Party underling completed and signed the document.  It was then sent to the AEC as a matter of course.  The underling omitted the donation.  The omission was only discovered just before Shorten was due to appear before the Royal Commission and was rectified after Shorten's Lawyers established all the relevant facts.

all very convenient....

and you claim to be a lawyer with a clever and insightful mind.  yeah right.

Call it 'convenient' ~ call it what you like.  Doing so does not alter those facts.  If you cannot demonstrate that my outline of the facts is incorrect, the 'convenience' is yours.

it is so interesting.. you guys actually believe that a staff member would sign off on ELECTORAL  LEGAL DOCUMENTS  after an election campaign....you really do....

and yet billy boil signed the document that went in 8 years later...why would he do that if he didnt sign the first one...

can you imagine the electoral office...accepting a declaration signed by some staff member.... Grin

this is declaring every donation and by whom and by how much..... Grin

do you not think our billy boil would be screaming from the rafters..

I didnt sign it I didnt see it it wasnt me it was

Lance Wilson... must have been him....who else was on my team???>...

you really make me laugh....you find something although its blank...that Bishop would have signed.. of course she did...ozzie said so.

yet you think something as important as an election.. they would, accept any old signature...claiming millions in donations as accurate... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I mean every  staff member  would know how much and by whom wouldnt they

you would make one dodgy lawyer thats for sure...

No-one is denying anything, cods. I suppose it will only be after we get the Commission's Report that you will accept the relevant facts do not in any way support your garbage on this matter.

Fairbloodydinkum....trying to explain anything to you is like talking to a brick wall, a very thick brick wall.

Returns to the AEC for Party endorsed candidates are made by the Relevant Party, cods.  Even Abbott's.

Learn the facts cods, which you will not achieve by reading that Wiki link.

I'm over you.  People try in good faith to deal with you on a bona fide basis, but you make it just impossible.  If I said that Shorten reckoned today was Saturday, you'd rabbit on about Thomson and brothels.

It is good you're trying to keep the focus on the RC though cods, this Bishop saga has really taken the shine off it hasnt it  Smiley, dont think i saw a single news report about RC all day and most of the righties on here have been to busy leaping to her defence , some remarkabley have been calling for her head as well, nice little distractor , thanks bronny  Smiley
