I'll back my eye witness account of what actually happened every second against your imaginary garbage. These are the Commissioner's exact words:

look retard, the guy is an experienced, VERY experienced Judge. His evidence is his exceptional level of experience. Get over yourself. He has the experience and evidence to support his claim. After all, 'evasive' is not exactly a difficult concept to understand or see. and most importantly, no one disagreed.
