Surely it couldn't be because the police unfairly target black people and black communities on huge magnitude and that black people have become wary and distrustful of law enforcement for centuries of brutal discrimination that continues to this day.
No surely that can't play any part in it.
Hello Kiron -- as you may have noticed, OzPolitic offers opportunities for experimenting with alternative ideas and perspectives that can sometimes be challenging and confrontational to those who are only willing to see things from a conventional and orthodox viewpoint.
