Maybe horrified is the wrong word Grap. I didn't want to read the link because i didn't want to be hurt beyond the hurt that came with just getting the gist.

This is why i have tremendous amounts of respect for welfare workers. I've a few friends that fit that job description. They do it real tough.

I'm lucky. I work with people in a less interventionary capacity but i work with people all the same. It's hard listening to people talk about, shall we say, less than ideal circumstances and having no recourse. It gets to you.

In this instance, there just weren't enough workers to follow up the serious claims made. It's a common cry.

We need to put more funding into this. We need to support our workers in this field better. More funding, all over.

We've traded leadership for popularity.  We've traded city elders for celebrities. Man up Australians;  let's get this country back on track. Ideals are for an ideal world. Instead let's go back to good ole common sense. Execute killers and rapists, turn back the people smuggling vessels,  export the terrorists and extremists. Let's promote the good; let's eradicate the bad. It's quite simple,  really.

did you see or I should say hear the NOISE made about light sentencing for KING HITS.. that killed innocent people.. guess what after a lot of NOISE something was done about it....and they even changed the licencing hours to combat what is a very bad sign of our society cracking..


well how can we shut up about this..

it isnt about what sentence someone gets..

this is about more funding for these dept...more caution more ,long term intervention...... maybe even more volunteers people that go to these homes every day for years...

who in their right mind thinks a 2 year old is safe in a home that everyone knows is dysfunctional...

she has no voice...she should be watched for about 5 years....its the penalty they must wear....they broke societies rules.....if you cant love and care for this child.. then give them to someone who can...

That's merely our subjective view.  I don't like killers and rapists but, then again, they think we are arseholes. 

And, you say killers deserve it yet, you say you have no problem with being a killer yourself.
