And this is the main way ASIO bend the rules to suit their agenda.

They will state that after they had contact with him, that that will have radicalised him. This is removing human oversight from procedure. If you have contact with someone, it does not change their mindset. If you get pulled over for speeding, you don't start hating the cops. If you get illegally detained and experience police brutality, and then discover the corruption within the internal affairs department, you may start hating police.

So, if ASIO think their contact with him has harmed his perspectives on his Australian citizenship, just what kind of illegality did they undertake in relation to him?

What did they do to radicalise him?

There exists an accepted notion that contact with ASIO can radicalise someone. If they are for example, provided with the suggestion that;

1/ they support extremist ideologies
2/ they have extremist connections

and

3/ that person denies the attack on their person and defends their viewpoints vigorously and ASIO state that their assessment differs and they are lying

It can be determined that that person is attempting to exert authority over ASIO and attack their structures by following ASIO procedural guidelines. However human oversight will reveal that this is not the case. They are refuting an extremely serious claim made against them. The person just fits the check-box criteria and procedure and authority has illegally been used.

What a lot of tosh, being implied, in your post.

It is (1) ISLAM and (2) other moslems and (3) moslems reading the Koran and hadith, which are the influences which always radicalise 'unradicalised' moslems, imo.

So, EVERYONE who is a member of the moslem community, is in serious danger of becoming 'radicalised' at some point in their life!

The actions of ASIO et al are calculated to cause harm to the public image and acceptability of the religion of Islam.

Not only is this extremely illegal, it is causing, and calculated to cause, harm to Australian foreign relations.

As it stands, Australia does not have a foreign intelligence capability or anything similar in:

Asia
Europe
the Middle East
South America

and possibly even Papua New Guinea soon.
