I did drink a white tea at the TBar. Was the color of water but there was a really subtle flavor of tea.

Reminds me of the first few days after my hip replacement operation. I would order tea or coffee for breakfast, lunch etc and drink the cup that came with the tray.

Was about 3 days before I realised I had been drinking cups of hot water, the teabag or coffee still had to be added! To me, it tasted like something was in the water! Heh!

was it Poirot....cant remember what he drank though..I know it was posh bone china cup and saucer.

To really appreciate a tea, not jiggling a bloody teabag, you need to make it a ceremony, preferable shared with family or friends.

Nice teapot, perhaps bone china, matching milk jug and cups and saucers, tea strainer, all on a tray to carry into lounge, verandah etc. A nice tea, something a bit special. Cake or scones or sandwiches.

Sugar in tea? Might as well drink tea bag tea.

Pour milk then tea, hand around.

We eat with our eyes first. Always nicer in company.

If you like tea first thing—I can’t stand it then—a teabag in a cracked mug is fine Grin

it is about waking up then.

yes I did see that monk.. thats not the point is it.. the thread about someone dealing with the reality of getting old... was not a place to bring crap into.. sorry I do my best to stop Gladys from doing what she does....and I think you know by what others say that no one is taking here side..so I feel if you dont reply then it is in your favour not hers....obviously this goes back to another time and place...and so much of angst on her is from another time....let it go...when aussie is on his rampage.. somehow you join in with him more so when its lisa or PA... and thats sad...I am sure you would be much happier in yourself if you move on from that..

aussie doesnt think he does or says anything wrong...so no good even talking to him he will twist his way round everything so I have long given up.. but I do think you can see the folly and you can see how things are going in the relationships forum..its not a happy place its a place for vicious personal attacks....
