I didn't vote him out -= his party did..... now it is they who have to live with the consequences - and may those consequences be worthy of the occasion......

Grin Grin Grin You are clearly a rusted on. She warbled and nearly lied every time she opened her mouth and her silly misogynist comment was ludicrous and rendered her a joke to the international community from that day forth. She never ever sounded like a woman. Get a grip.

You're clearly the rusted on not champ. Spray away.Let me know how you go. You might like to give DNA a squirt or two as well.

Apparently you out do me in the rusted on stakes. You can't even give gillard her dues in regards to her public speaking. She was a brilliant public speaker. You can bitch about her voice, you can cry about her message, but don't pretend she couldn't speak.

Apparently not. You responded like a true rusted on. Gillard is getting her dues. I am astonished you think she was a brilliant public speaker she was atrocious and most cringed whenever she opened her mouth. Clearly you have not scene a good speaker. She certainly spoke alright she spoke utter nonsensical rubbish. Shouting out misogynist over and over again like a silly little child. She made an utter fool of herself locally and intentionally. Now she can own her own nonsense and get her dues as you say.

you keep going back to the misogynist speech as if it's the only time she spoke. It was one speech in thousands, and the world praised her for it. Only Murdocks lackeys thought it was a bad speech Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Rusted–on crap!

At least I give Howard credit for the gun buy-back and abbott credit for fixing the excise for small breweries so they don’t have to pay like the big brewers.

When I criticise I give real reasons: Howard for being a dessicated, mean spirited little turd who with Costello pissed $350Bn of boom time revenue up the wall.

Gillard was a class clown act, a total idiot nothing more, only idiots or bogans would consider that twat intelligent. As far as Q&A were concerned why would anyone other than a rusted on labor supporter or greeny want to go on that ridiculous show. Its a bunch of lefties in a room with recording gear and a bunch of their mates pretending to be an audience. Gosh what a waste of time that would be. What a waste of tax payers money is that ABC.

You're working yourself up again, Matty. You know what happens when you do that.

Abbott himself praised Gillard for the above. Abbott's praises were outshone by the independents,  Oakeshot and Windsor.

Unlike Abbott, Gillard has proven to be gracious in defeat. She lived her political death like she lived her political life: with dignity and integrity.

Tony Abbott has a lot to learn.

doesn't look much like ridicule to me

And The New Yorker has also praised her, claiming that Barack Obama could learn a thing or two from Julia Gillard.

The Feminist Ladies and Gentlemen of Twitter have united in praise for our PM.

Many are saying this speech will be an iconic one in the history of Australian politics and international feminism.

The UK's Spectator magazine said there was "much to admire" in Ms Gillard's address.

The Daily Beast noted that Ms Gillard's speech would bring a smile to the face of former British leader Margaret Thatcher, while Business Insider said she gave Mr Abbott a "stern drubbing".

US feminist blog Jezebel called the Prime Minister "badass", while news blog Salon magazine speculated on whether Ms Gillard would take requests to "take on Congress's misogynist caucus".

Julia Gillard’s fiery speech in parliament yesterday has made headlines around the world, with commentators from independent media sites declaring the performance a blistering success.

NEWLY re-elected US President Barack Obama complimented Julia Gillard on her "sexism" speech to Parliament when he telephoned her last night.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard has been praised at an International summit in Laos for her misogyny speech in parliament last month.

The prime minister’s fiery 15-minute address to the Australian parliament, where she branded Opposition Leader Tony Abbott a misogynist, went viral worldwide, making news headlines and dominating social media.

The French President Francois Hollande among others, commended the Prime Minister on her speech during sideline talks at the conference.
