However, he now claims that it's merely his personal opinion that it's a terrorist attack, based on the "fact" that someone said that one of the deceased was wearing black.

This is despite him claiming, just minutes earlier, that he's "just going on what the media is reporting".

He's all over the place.

Perhaps he's hearing voices.
