It's a foetus, not a baby.
A fetus /ˈfiːtəs/, also spelled foetus (or archaically faetus), is a developing mammal or other viviparous vertebrate after the embryonic stage and before birth. It is also defined as the unborn young of a vertebrate, after developing to its basic form.

Please use the correct terminology ... unless you think your case is that weak?

It's still being investigated. If she is in the position where she needs an abortion she obviously didn't report the rape. They would have given her the morning after pill. It all looks a bit suspicious.
