Excellent question Mr Light. I would expect anyone who owns ten 'lots' in Sydney would be able to assist you, having the numbers at their easy access. Perhaps you could also enquire about land tax. Anyone with that number of prime properties in Sydney would have the bill in their drawer.

The answer ought take about 60 seconds for such a person.

However, anyone who has ten lots of prime real estate in Sydney NSW could readily answer the question, no? I don't know how the Sydney local government structure is set up, but anyone with ten lots of prime real estate in 'Sydney' would have the answer at their fingertips.
