Housing is tightly controlled in order to prop up the great western capitalist pyramid scheme, if housing was thrown open to the dogs of a truly free market in Australia even the unemployed would be able to buy their own home.

This can never be allowed to happen though because the people that have been paying into the pyramid scheme for the last fifty years would lose the lot.

Commonwealth Bank raised interest rates .15% today. Standby as other lenders follow Westpac and the Commonwealth.

You see 'this' really is the canary in the coal mine.

Investors are crapping themselves, that this may be the thin end of the wedge and will herald a series of interest rate rises.

It most probably is.

Watch those lemmings go for it now, as they try to offload before they get caught big time.
