it was my first trip to sydney Herb.
What i found astonishing (at the time ,coming from a very homophobic Qld) was the typical guy in these clubs.
The qld stereotype would have been the guy from" are you being served", running around saying "i'm free".
But these guys were huge, buff, looked mean , looked like a group of elite athletes . mainly in jeans and chesty bonds white singlets.
My girlfriend was enjoying the meat market much more then myself.
I found it totally surreal.
i can see the attraction of the mardi gras.
i like that aspect of homosexuality.
Its the whiney, sooky, cardigan wearing , cry babies who want to get married who give gays a bad name.
These guys just looked like they wanted to F**k everything that moved ,like they'd never want to get married , they were alpha males
