I don't think the Libs want donations of coal do they?

But they probably do want countries such as India to have access to it as a cheap & reliable source of energy. We want to help lift them out of poverty don't we?

How can you lift people out of poverty when you are entrenching them in poverty via dangerous climate change, wild weather, new pests and diseases, and climate wars?

It's just some of the richer ones are trying to take a free ride on the poorer nations.

And we know with economics of dumping, taxpayer subsidised coal undermined a level field economic market.
