So does the High Court of the Commonwealth of Australia, if we go by your twisted thinking. Blocking the Malaysian non-solution was the one right thing the Greens did.

the greens and the libs had to power to change the laws but didn't because they wanted to play politics with peoples lives, the same laws which the libs changed as soon as they won office. The high court can only enforce the laws.
YOu really need to learn how our legal system works

The Greens, currently mostly Senators.
The Senate rejects bad legislation.

It's Labor who forwarded bad legislation and so where playing bad politics.
Time labor stopped playing the victim.

If you check parliamentary records, you'll see just how comprehensively wrong you are. The Coalition voted AGAINST dismantling the Pacific Solution, not for it, numpty.

You make out refugees to be mindless drones. That they didn't decided that getting away from the risks behind them were worth the risk in front of them in getting on a boat.

Why do you ignore the refugees.

The refugees see Australia as a safe haven because the Liberals signed Australia up to the UN refugee charter. And until just lately, refugees were not dehumanised and used as pawns in conservative games.

This is nothing about borders since illegals come by plane and libs don't care.

Now back to topic. Libs illegally paying people trafficers to shift refugees illegally to other countries.

Turnbull's mob must be prosecuted and then if found guilty, jailed.

For one thing, they wouldn't have a clue about this policy and secondly, the UN body is a farce with some of its members accused of gross human rights violations. Why on Earth would we want to be part of a body that has some less than stellar members?
