I've never handed one out as I don't have any, maybe you are confused or have yourself mixed up with yourself.

I have filing cabinet full of the ones you have sent me however. I am very studious and I never give those ones out they are under lock and key. I don't consider those mine. More like trophies.

Care to list some of these “studies?”

Look at what happened in Lebanon in 2006.

"Several thousand Australians are believed to be in the country, but are unable to leave due to the bombing at Beirut's international airport."

Several more thousands of Canadians, Brits and Americans were also stuck. You had to wonder, when did Lebanon become such a hot tourist destination - until you realised that these 'Australians, Canadians and Britons' were actually Lebanese, living in Lebanon on their pensions and benefits from Australia, Canada, UK.

They left as refugees only to return as expats.

Or look at the Chinese who got asylum in 1989. How many go back and forth between China and Australia?
