Which was Joyce demonstrating management using travelers as pawns...

Qantas was going back to the wall because of outrageous CEO wages and poor performance for said wages...

Further, Mr Joyce played his part in the "protracted negotiations" which he treated as his zone to make demands.

Qantas was not the best example to demonstrate a Union using travellers as pawns to be honest.


It is a good example of employers using their employees as pawns though.
