When JuLIAR was in - sexism and misogyny readily falls from the ALP's lips every time they speak

It's still around and waiting for another woman to rear her ugly head..... Tony couldn't use it because he was a man..... can't play the gender card there...

You certainly are right. If Bishop became PM, the labor party would be a sexist as they can be, while still complaining about Gillard.

How dare the press challenge him. Abbott put himself in nearly every situation the press attacked him for. The only reason Malcolm escapes is he sensible enough not put himself in those situations.

Tony's entire attitude was his problem. My way or the highway. Trying to ram legislation through. He thought he had the right to dictate terms, and paid the price.

Bishop will never be liberal leader ...  because she's a woman in the misogynistic Liberal Party.

No they wouldn't. They don't have a history of misogyny like the LNP.

And i hope we never forget how appallingly Julia Gillard was treated.

Are you sure? The ALP is the only political party in this country that has quota's for female MP's and Senators. Clearly, the ALP thinks women aren't smart enough to win a job based on merit and that they must be given a job whether it suits them or not. That's unlike the Liberals and Nationals, where women progress based on ability and merit and aren't made to feel inferior to men because they EARN their positions. Gillard was treated just like any appallingly hopeless PM would be treated - male or female. She was hounded because she was simply that bad and that untrustworthy.
