I will assume you mean the ppm levels, because that is what I'm saying. Can you produce evidence where CO2 levels have gone down in any meaningful way in the last 100 years

You don't like losing and lying about it is a real 'class act'.

However, I can find no evidence that proves this poll ever took place.
