It's no secret that males are by far the most likely perpetrators of these types of crimes, and without their goulies, the crimes would not happen.

I think her real parents....I am sure this child had many problems.....but thats not the point I am making.. what I would like to see is immediate attention to anything that concerns a childs welfare...somehow this child was put in the too hard basket...if they new the police or whoever would right behind them whenever maybe some would get the message....they run away for a reason... not that we understand it but they do ....they just do not understand the danger....
