I DO know of cases where daughters & sisters of Anglo-Aussies have fallen for some muslim bloke and after marriage the iron curtain has descended over all contact with their families. Or in another case, the girl has only been able to see her brother if the husband was available and condescended to be present.
I think you live in some fairyland mothra, constructed for you by a few sane, the very few sane, muslim people you know.

Bad marriages happen across the board Bogarde. Have you seen the statistics on Family Violence?

What you are doing is applying worst case scenarios as the norm. I am arguing that what you described is not the norm. Or at least, not representative of how many, many Muslims live their lives.
