Have a look at it.

It think that strand is a useful tool that has saved you all from several socks and counting of a very bad serial troll with massive form elsewhere, and all the Moderation needs is to be properly reinforced and a bird of prey set on this guy's six at all times.

On the other hand, perhaps many would be better served by NOT making personal comments and attacks as part of their 'discussion' repertoire, and sticking to the issues instead. That way there'd be no NEED for a reporting strand.

You can blame the guilty for their action AND identify their motivations at the same time. You are unable to grasp such simple things just as you are unable to walk and chew gum.

Motivation is the difference between murder and manslaughter. Is it excusing the guilty if the motivation of greed or lust is identified? Most people here and in the wider world, I expect, are amazed to see the unplumbed depths of your stupidity.
