A delicious irony
Nov 29th, 2015 at 7:36am

Climate activists are banned from street protests in Paris.

The very people who are most vocal about refugees and their terrorist followers now find those issues have led to them being kept off the streets during the Great Looney Climate Festival. Indeed some have already been arrested.

They've now switched their protest focus to the emergency measures put in place to protect everybody.

If you were searching for an example of dumb you need look no further.

This must be causing a lot of mainstream people to scratch their heads in wonder.

not me I am afraid.. I expect them to travel on PLANES TRAINS AND CARS anything that uses POWER>. to get to their protests...

the Woodstock days are long gone.. Grin Grin

now its all about.. getting there as fast as possible...ask Al Gore..

.I am waiting for them to try and win over ISIS... advise them if they dont stop all this bombing there will be no planet to fight for..

I mean all that bombing and exploding all over the Middle east in all that HEAT would hav e to be sooooooo much more damaging  than little old me could ever be..

well I would think so??...

if I was running that climate change protest I think I would have found somewhere else rather than Paris for it to be honest...

why not Syria...I mean a double statement in one.. Grin Grin

a real winner.

No I don't think Syria.
They like bashing police and injuring their horses but I don't think they would like to go where they would shoot them.
The climate's not worth dying for.

"These 24 people have been placed under house arrest because they have been violent during demonstrations in the past and because they have said they would not respect the state of emergency," he said.

"They must remain in their home towns, report to the local police three times a day and abide by a nightly curfew until December 12, when the climate change conference winds up."

Sounds reasonable to me.

If they have a history of violence, they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the conference.

But it doesn't sound reasonable to the thousands of demonstrators who have travelled to Paris that they won't be able to have their gatherings..
Love ins or whatever are Verboten!

Will they be able to get money back on their air fares?

The French police thinks the demonstrators may be a target for further terrorist attacks

I don't wish death on anyone - but it would have been interesting to see how the Greens movement reacts if the terrorists killed a few people a one of these demonstration

The same way they would react if terrorists killed anybody anywhere.
