oh I thought I said I agree he is innocent.. of any wrong doing..

in fact I could swear he wasnt even there when she died.....if she died...well I am beginning to wonder if it was her??...the pathogist was hopeless no idea how she died...Gerard said he had nothing to do with it...so what the problem gweggy dont you like people agreeing with you..

he wasnt there... he didnt kill her lay a finger on her move her drive her away from the house.. he didnt do any of that...

so who agrees with me she jumped off the bridge...??

plain as day......Gerard went to be at 10 so couldnt have been him...  I dont even know how they arrived at the manslaughter bit....

that a bit of a stretch you need to cause someone to die to be guilty of manslaughter

and as he said HE WASNT THERE...he went to bed she was watching TV.. boom next morning she up and gone....whats it got to do with him???...

he wasnt there I tell ya!

We don't know who did it until someone is found guilty.

Until then, everyone is innocent.

of course Gerard didnt do it.. nef.. please understand Gerard said he wasnt there and he should know...

she was watching TV he was in bed... he wasnt there I tell you..

these guys are right....if there is no evidence to say he was there..... then he wasnt...simple really..

did he clean up... no
did he drive the car with the girls asleep...no
did he kill his wife......no..

what more is there???...

safe bet he didnt do it..

wait a minute did they ask him IF HE INTEDED TO KILL HIS WIFE..

Sucking up to Arsie won't get you FREE legal advice, Gregg. Wink  Arsie only does Queensland Legal stuff.

Ask him about Federal LAW or WA Law and he has to Google, the same as the rest of us.  I am (still) au fait with the ACT Law, for example. Arsie seemingly knows Queensland Law.

Yeah. you are the font of all knowledge.  Tell us about the 'Lord's Prayer' and the Constitution again.  That was a ripper example of you being 'au fait.'

That sounds interesting.

It was.

If I recall, arshole and I had a "discussion" about the Opening Of PARLIAMENT and I said that the "Lords Prayer" was part of the "pomp and ceremony" ... somehow the CONSTITUTION (which says eff-all) got into the "discussion".  Instead of saying it was "in the Constitution" I should have said that the LORD's PRAYER for was part of TRADITION

shock horror nef... you should have said

YOU READ IT ON FACEBOOK...

gweggy only gets his infor from FACEBOOK.. I

wouldnt trust anything like the constitution...load of old rubbish written by men a hundred years ago.

if you told them you got that info on FACEBOOK they would have believed it...take my word for it nef gweggy is a devotee of facebook..

No Aussie, you're not in good company.

You're in the company of three blithering idiots who couldn't work out the simple equation

Gerard Baden-Clay murders Allison Baden-Clay = Gerard Baden Clay gains $967,000 from her insurance and is free of her into the bargain.

Even a 12 year old kid could work that out but not the three wise monkeys....nor you Aussie.

I have no doubt he had a motive......but that does not prove beyond reasonable doubt that he intended to kill.

What will your excuse be if the High Court knocks the Appeal out?  Call those Judges 'blithering idiots' as well?

Of course he will.

Red's Law:

Courts make a decision that Red agrees with = court system is working fine.

Court system makes a decision that Red disagrees with = court system is useless.

He made up his find the first time he saw Clay on ACA, and nothing in the world was ever going to change his views on this matter.

It's frightening to think that people like Red and cods could one day be called up to serve on a jury.

Red, forget the rubbish being thrown about by online nobodies.

http://www.skynews.com.au/news/top-stories/2016/01/04/baden-clay-appeal-applicat...

Mr Byrne's application, filed on Monday, seeks High Court orders to either dismiss the lower court's ruling or order a re-hearing of Baden-Clay's appeal.

He argues the Court of Appeal erred in applying the principles of circumstantial evidence, and in partly basing its decision on a factual assertion which was not established by evidence.

The DPP also contends the Court of Appeal erred in concluding Baden-Clay's post-offence conduct, which included dumping her body and lying about scratches on his face, did not prove beyond reasonable doubt that he intended to kill or do grievous bodily harm to Allison.

Bottom line? We will need to WAIT.

I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome of THIS PARTICULAR APPLICATION.

So, you're hoping for an outcome that fits in best with your personal views, rather than an objectively just outcome - is that correct?
