Notice how this lot sneakily (and falsely) equate the Appeal decision with domestic violence? That is just reprehensible. The Appeal decision is a matter of Law.............totally unrelated to the general topic of domestic violence. This rally will be sold as a (pointless) bitch against the legal process, when in fact, it is a domestic violence protest.

I believe over 70,000 people have signed an online petition protesting against the Baden-Clay decision.

If I were Qld pollies I would be taking a lot of notice of this.

At the end of the day, people make the laws and the people are speaking out loud and clear on this one.

Don't blame them after all, he's a f........g murderer.

Well.....how do you know people have not signed on the basis of the fraud that it was all about domestic violence rather than the very specific legal issue of the appeal which succeeded?

Given my experience with posters in this Thread, I doubt even 7 of the 70000 even understood the legal issues involved.

The petition is irrelevant. You can't remove this provision from law without risking innocent people. Sometimes that means the bad guy gets away.

Murder should be NATIONAL (like Divorce) not State.

Family members including Allison’s cousin Jodie Dann and friends will attend the rally to be held in Brisbane’s CBD on Friday at 12.15pm.
