Aussie tells porkies. About EVERYTHING.

I only tell lies about my "profession" to stop stalkers, like Aussie.

Well that's the biggest load of crap I've read from you Aussie...Why you'll believe that black is white once Aussie gets through with you.

Yeah ....SURE Baden Clay rang to get to get premiums reduced.

Or...could it be that he wanted those premiums paid up to the knocker so that he could claim his million bucks once he did his wife in. (Which he did - or at least according to a jury of his peers he did)

Good question. And the answer is equivocal.....takes us nowhere.  That is the point you are just not willing to acknowledge in the cold light of legal day.

It's great schmedia grist for the hysterics, but..............just useless where it really counts.

You admit that you tell lies.

Thus, we can't believe anything you say.

Not even "I only tell lies about my 'profession' to stop stalkers".

Understand?

Do you believe in Coincidence?..If you break that word up...it reads...Co - incide.

Like this piece from the summary of the Appeal:

Leaves from different species of plants were found about Mrs BadenClay’s body. A botanist gave evidence that they included four species – crepe myrtle, cat’s claw creeper, fishbone fern and lilly pilly – which he was able to identify in the   Baden-Clays  ’ garden, but not in the immediate vicinity of the Kholo Creek site where the body was found. Some leaves of the cat’s claw creeper, the fern and the crepe myrtle were entwined in her hair. The crepe myrtle leaves were fallen leaves, the fern leaves were a mix of live and fallen leaves, and one of the cat’s claw creeper leaves appeared to have been pulled from a live plant. Cat’s claw creeper was growing about the carport of the   Baden-Clay   home, while leaf litter from the crepe myrtle and fern were found in the carport and the patio area of the house near its back door.

I men let's face it, it reads like it has been lifted from a CSI episode, only there's nothing cute about the outcome of this episode.

Takes us nowhere does it Mr. Legal Expert?

I would call a million dollar payday very high motivation indeed, when you are going down the financial gurglar and there is that million dollar jackpot just sitting there and all you have to do is just reach out....and grab it.

I take it that you've watched more episodes of CSI than Aussie.

Undecided

Gee.....I just can't work out why one Crown Prosecutor, one Trial Judge and three Appeal Court Judges allowed that one to fall through the cracks.  They all suck, I guess.

Why are you running some scenario based on the fiction that Allison is not dead?  She is.  We all know that.  Problem is.....we do not know if, when or where she died, her Husband intended to kill her.  It boils down to that simple concept.

The scenario I'm running, is to clear the mud from the water that Lawyerspeak has put there.

And demonstrate that it is as clear as the hand on the end of your arm that Baden Clay had great motivation and opportunity to Murder his wife..,.,which he clearly did.

Red owns the complete box set of CSI.

The judges do not.

Need I say more?

Hi Gregg, would much prefer that you stuck to the facts old stick. I mean just how much in all your posts on this is concentrated on the facts of the case and how much is your version of Hollywood. Just been going back through your posts and they read like Days of our lives.

I reckon Qld ought get you to run the High Court appeal.  It'll be over in a flash.  Makes it much cheaper for us.

All I'm doing, is sticking to the facts.

I'm here to debate you on that, if you have the guts (or if you can drag yourself away from CSI).

Up to you, old boy.
