That's the point cods, there is obviously "intent" in hiding his crime, but was that crime murder? As far as I can see, that is what this is about, whether there was "intent" to kill. If there was no "intent" to kill it's not murder, it's manslaughter. This is the point the Hypothetical is trying to illuminate.

Actually, the current appeal is based on other grounds.

'Actually' it is. It is that precise point. Will the Appeal succeed Lisa Jones? After all, you studied Law at Uni, so that would qualify you to express an informed opinion.

have you read the coroners report.....that alinta kindly put up..

he says... you can strangle someone without breaking anything..[he uses all the right words]...if the cloth used is thick enough and wide enough..

her jacket was pulled up round her throat with both her hands caught up in it...

I say he choked or strangled her.. both things are very deliberate...I do not suggest HE SET OUT THAT NIGHT TO KILL HER...

but I do suggest it wasnt an accident........he got carried away..

he went to extraordinary lengths to cover it all up...even the police said the home was very very neat and tidy..... she was going out to a conference remember???......

dont you see there can be another view to this not just that... cut and dried he didnt INTEND....

only he knows what happened and only he knows how desperate he was...

I've read the Report cods. Did you miss this bit?
