Best answer to that is to point you to my scenario. Where there is proof beyond reasonable doubt that the teenager with the cut in his hand intended to destroy the ornament. He too lied...he too tried to cover up.....he denied all knowledge and involvement......he too 'rang the insurance company'.....his prints were all over the fragments found in the bin...

Arsie, I can NOT get my head around a teenager breaking a vase and "being a teenager" and lying about it, that's what teenagers do ... avoid responsibility ... or they try to .... compared to a 40 year old man killing his wife "accidentally" and lying about it. It does not "jell" in my mind.

What you seem to forget is that the 3 daughters were there that night and, "asleep" ... but they were young kids and Gerbil may have warned them "not to say anything".
Perhaps in a few years they will "remember" their Mother being murdered.

Why it has suddenly become 'stunningly clear' about how the dominos fell in the Appeal Process up in the Deep North. Obviously Judges involved in the Appeal Process are aficionados of Oz Politic and follow Aussie in particular.

So impressed were they, that they have fallen into line with Aussie's Summation.

All I can say is...ALL HAIL THE CHIEF!!!!!

I am sure that they (or at least one of them) knows what was going on. Those poor kids must be traumatised. No doubt the Dickies and the Baden-Clay lot are trying to influence the girls. "Their Daddy is INNOCENT" and so forth.

I'd say that the ONLY thing arsie has in common with the Judiciary is that he is a Queenslander.

There seems to be a "serial killer" up in Queensland ....... lots of missing girls/young women.

Okay.....forget the teenage bit. Me. Make it me. I am not a teenager, and the ornament is the Indian Bride's most sacred Hindu thaing. If she knew I had done the deed, she'd de-nut me. In all other respects, the scenario stays the same.

Completely irrelevant when it comes to establishing intent......ignoring that there is absolutely no evidence that he so 'warned' them. They were asleep the whole time, it seems.
