Like I said, the Appeals Court came to the conclusion that he was responsible for her death, without any illumination from Gerard Baden-Clay. He has been as silent as a sphinx in the questions that matter.

You can take all your law books and preach 'till the sun goes down because everything I have read on this case points an almighty finger at him. The conclusion is quite simple, he murdered her out of greed.

Gregg he did not volunteer how she died. The Appeals Court decided he was responsible for her death, otherwise he would not have been found guilty of Manslaughter.

I said Gerard didn't answer the questions that mattered.

He didn't..he said. "No I didn't." When asked if he killed her.

Now, you might buy that but I don't not for a second.

in these cases is the accused always given the benefit of the doubt?

no reason why this person died...no evidence of the person even dying... Roll Eyes

could even have been suicide....she had runners on.. Roll Eyes

At law, an accused is ALWAYS innocent until proven guilty.........

In the original trial, the jury did not believe him.............the Appeal Court also did not believe him......so where are you going with this????????
