The Court of Appeal is led by the most senior member of the Queensland judiciary, Chief Justice Catherine Holmes.

Catherine is, and always has been, a female.

The Autopsy indicated that. She was NOT killed by a bullet, or stabbed, nor throttled. There was "evidence" that she could have been "smothered" by her own clothing. Remember the body wasn't found for 10 days and had massive "fly blown (maggots)" stuff and she was unrecognisable .... bloated and part of her face "eaten away" ... and so forth.

He deliberately DUMPED her so that there was no DNA "evidence".

I just hope that some Big Guy called "Buddy" who hates men killing their wives, decides to "Give Gerbil a Lesson" and a bunch of them bash him within an inch of his life. He deserves it.

In my view, the case was not managed properly by the Prosecution.

It made a few mistakes which left loopholes ie opportunities which were subsequently exploited by Baden's defence team.

This bungle could ONLY happen in bloody QLD.

I hope this application succeeds.

All the evidence needs to be considered.

It's a shame this did not happen.
