landowners - be wary of your tenants
Dec 11th, 2015 at 1:20pm

Think well before signing anyone up to your house.

Quote:
..........Shani Boag arrived home this week to find vandals had spray-painted racial slurs on her walls and set a bedroom on fire with petrol.

It is believed the attackers targeted the Annandale house in Townsville because of an Arabic welcome sign over the front door, which was left by the previous owners.

Ms Boag, who has lived in the home for 10 years, said her mother saw the sign as a way of keeping the history of the house and expressing tolerance.

“These ‘people’ who broke into our house, who vandalised our walls, graffitied and broke our family pictures, set fire to a bedroom with ... the intent to leave it to consume the entire house — they saw this sign over our front door,” Ms Boag posted on Facebook................

Who rented the house to whom?

What a pathetic bigoted tosser sprintcyclist is.

There are laws against discrimination and I have no doubt that entrapment schemes will start against discriminatory landlords which will see them sued for big bucks.

I suspect that Sprintcyclist is trolling but he is implying that it is quite acceptable to destroy a random Muslims house. He certainly hasn't condemned it.

That makes him no better than a terrorist sympathizer.

If a landowner wants to rent their property out to a member of a death cult who do terrorist attacks against us on our soil, that land owner has made a bad decision.

It sounds rather like an unsupported reason.

Let's try again Sprint. Where does it say that the house is a rental?

I remember an aboriginal family a few blocks over from my old house punching a big hole through the bricks on the outside wall of a chimney on a housing commission house. Obviously they wanted to make an outside BBQ. That's aboriginal home reno and innovation. Grin Grin Grin

I saw a lot of bad rental outcomes in my former life.
One client brought me photos of windows & doors removed presumably to be sold plus considerable interior damage.
Another had a chimney partially demolished for the bricks.

Must be an impossible task to sort the good tenants out from the ferals these days.
And many agents don't seem to care.
