If that random Senate submission (which anybody can do by the way) has evidence to show that Australian Halal certification funds terrorism, then they should definitely provide that to the senate inquiry.

Try again, that report also states they don't have enough evidence to indicate it does not get used by extremists groups. Yet there is proof the money in halal streams ends up in terrorist organizations. Clearly mosques that preach it ARE terrorist organizations as well.

The report was quoted and shown to not contain enough information to come to its conclusion and was posted here.
