While I don't profess to be the best writer on a forum I do know the difference between
To too and two
Their there and they're no or know which or witch whether or weather.
Plus a number of other words that you battle with. As Nef said it is very easy to pick you when you are socked up as very few people battle as you do noing weather to yous witch of they're to theirs. Roll Eyes

As to D and R, yep, posted there - can't remember my nick there, but the only ones I recall ever using are Sapling (my first nick, which I got sick of), Slartybarfast (which I had all but forgotten about - a Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy character) and that morphed into Marvin (another HHGTTG character - no, I am not very original with nicks...).

So, if you recall any of those three (Sapling, Marvin, Slartybartfast) then you recall me.

Shout out to Aussie - Slartybartfast - the missing nick...

Pretty sure I have covered some of this (except for Slarty) here a couple of times. It was also mentioned in a (for me) contentious thread that is apparently "confidential", hence my apparent interest presently.

I hope this clears something up, albeit not of any Earth shattering import.

PA might be hosted by FD but it is not technically linked. I can see no link here at OzPol to PA and Googling same does not bring it up either. If someone can find a link to PA on this site please show me.

If it wasn't for the constant demands by certain banned members to either have PA closed down or moved to another server, no-one here would even be aware of it. When one ploy fails they start on another. Sour grapes. Nothing more, nothing less. It's all extremely silly.

One of the antagonists has tried to 'buy' PA from FD before. FD declined. Now they are demanding PA 'break away'? It is up to FD. No-one else.

As for the Vortex, I have always been vocal about my absolute dislike of it and the 'guest' posting therein which comes from BOTH sides ie here (OzPol) and there (PA) but PA is now more stable than it has been for a long time, Skippy is doing a great job and there is absolutely no reason for his removal … and, more particularly, the appointment of a 'mod' who openly dislikes PA. What possible outcome could that produce other than to bring back banned members who will try to take control and create chaos yet again?

The reason for the recent stability is the removal of those who constantly created massive dissension, discord and attempted division. You know who you are. If you don't like it don't go there. This continuing barrage of tantrums is beyond childish.

I don't like coffee so guess what? I don't drink it. I don't force it down my throat and then spend the rest of the day complaining. I avoid it.
