But what is his fault ?

Because as simply a 'blunt knife', nobody can claim that a 'knife' like Karnal, can realistically be weilded with any malevolent intent.

Karnal hasn't got a malevolent bone in his body.

We actually have reverse Eugenics in this country. Stupid people can do better squirting out more kids and staying on welfare than they can do by working. We encourage the stupid to multiply.

Intelligent people are able to effectively communicate their message. Im sure Karnal knows what he is saying in his own mind but the intellectual ability required to communicate effectively is missing. Its why language was invented and why mankind evolved from grunting. Some people here including Karnal are barely above the grunting level.

if we want to change from stupid to smart , we will need to put evolutionary pressure on humans which results in smart being advantageous to be passed on in our genes.

this pressure is gone.

in fact the opposite applies.

stupid, low work ethic, people can pass on their genes and the state actively encourages this with the welfare system geared to pay.

meanwhile, successful charged people are caught up in careers and achievement and have less time to commit to child raising and do not recieve as much state support.

so, the system is set up to put evolutionary pressure that results in "stupidity" having a genetic advantage

this is both un natural and dangerous.

I believe you are putting to much weight on genetics. Nurture has a large influence, and changes to the environment children are brought up in will result in much quicker gains.
