I can't imagine anything much worse, cooped up on some large boat, paying sheetloads for a beer, food and medical assistance.....but this....is an all too prevalent story these days!

Going on a cruise is like going to Bali, cashed up and bored westerners with no imagination get told by the advertising gurus that this is what they should be doing to enhance their life and like sheep shuffling onto a bulk carrier off they go.

I've never understood the attraction of cruises, or Bali.

I'd rather stab myself in the face with a fork than go a cruise or any organised holiday.
